H-1B Visa

H-1B is a nonimmigrant visa for specialty occupation workers sponsored by a US employer. The visa is subject to an annual cap of 85,000 (65,000 in the regular cap plus 20,000 reserved for holders of a US master's degree or higher), with selection by lottery.
